Տարբեր ճաշակի մսխումներ – Մի գնման պատմություն

ԱՆԻՖ հիմնադրամի եւ իր երկու դուստր ընկերությունների մասին նախորդ հոդվածներում փորձեցինք հիմնավորել պետությանը հասցրած 12մրլդ դրամ վնասի հարցը։ Դրանից ուղղակի մսխումը՝ մոտ 8 մլրդ դրամ: Ծախսերի հիմնական հոդվածը եղել է մենեջերների աստղաբաշխական աշխատավարձերը անիմաստ եւ անարդյունք աշխատանքի պարագայում։

Հիմնադրամների ծախսերը չէին ենթարկվում որեւէ վերահսկողության, ինչը զարմանալի չէ, քանի որ նրանք գործում էին նախկին փոխվարչապետ (ներկա քաղաքագլուխ) հովանու ներքո։

В предыдущих трех статьях про фонд ANIF и его дочерние предприятия мы постарались обосновать нанесенный государству ущерб в более чем 12 млрд драмов. Из них прямые растраты составили почти 8 млрд драмов за три года. Основной статьей расходов были астрономические зарплаты менеджеров при бессмысленной деятельности.

Another 100% subsidiary of the ANIF fund, was created to invest in the capital of various enterprises. An interesting name considering that investments are not anti-crisis at all. According to the government’s decision, the government allocates money (up to 50 billion drams), and the fund invests.
In three years of operation, this fund has invested in only six projects, totaling $6-7 million. Mushroom cultivation, berries, transportation, tourism, and restaurant. That’s all. Not much.

Где кризис? :: «Бизнес + государство» антикризисный фонд

Еще одно 100% дочернее предприятие фонда ANIF, созданное для инвестиций в капитал разных предприятий. Интересное название учитывая, что инвестиции не антикризисные. По решению правительства, правительство выделяет деньги(до 50 млрд драм), а фонд инвестирует.
За три года деятельности этот фонд вложился всего в шесть проектов, на общую сумму $6-7 млн. Выращивание грибов, ягод, транспорт, туризм и ресторан. И все. Не густо.
